Terms of service
These terms describe use of Postlyra's free beta for managing Telegram content. The operator is Denys Kuznietsov, Thailand; contact support@postlyra.app.
Using the service
By using Postlyra, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law and the connected platform. If local law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, obtain it before using the service. Only use accounts and chats you are authorized to manage.
Free beta and limits
The beta is free: up to 5 connected channels or groups, 30 publications per day, 300 per 30 days and 1 GB of media. One delivery to one chat counts as one publication. Technical retries of the same delivery do not count as new publications. Posts include mandatory Postlyra attribution. The beta does not include a paid subscription or built-in AI generation; external AI providers may charge separately.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize Postlyra and the providers needed to operate it to store, process, render and deliver that content to perform the actions you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you upload or publish, including personal data belonging to others. This authorization does not transfer ownership of your content to Postlyra.
AI clients and publication actions
Review the permissions granted to each AI client and the content, destination and schedule before instructing it to act. An authorized instruction can create, change, schedule, publish or delete the selected material without a separate Mini App step. You can revoke a connection in Postlyra. Keep your Telegram account, sessions and credentials secure.
Working posts and delivered messages
Saving a working post does not automatically update every scheduled or delivered copy. Apply changes to the publications you select. Editing and deletion depend on Telegram permissions, time limits and stored message identifiers. Native Telegram sharing and inline sending may not provide identifiers needed for later management. If delivery is reported as uncertain, check the destination before requesting another send.
Acceptable use
Do not use Postlyra for unlawful content, infringement, spam, harassment, exploitation, malware or unauthorized access. Do not evade limits or misuse credentials, upload links, previews or automation. Do not submit payment-card data, account secrets or sensitive personal information unnecessary for the requested publication. Use through an AI platform must also comply with that platform's rules. The public integration is intended for general-audience content.
External services and availability
Telegram, AI clients and other external services operate under their own terms. Their availability, restrictions and changes can affect Postlyra. Beta functionality and limits may change, and failures or delays are possible; keep copies of important content. Postlyra does not promise uninterrupted availability, a guaranteed publication time, or recommendation by an AI platform.
Account restrictions and leaving
We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security incidents, legal obligations or service maintenance. Where appropriate, contact support to resolve a restriction. You may stop using Postlyra, revoke connected clients, export available account data or request account deletion. Account deletion does not erase messages already delivered to Telegram.
Privacy, changes and disputes
The Privacy policy and Data retention page explain data handling. Updated terms will be published with a new date, with additional notice or consent where required. Contact support@postlyra.app with complaints or disputes. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or other rights, or excludes responsibility where applicable law does not permit it.
