Yes, for Postlyra publications with stored Telegram identifiers and the necessary bot rights. Select the publication and apply your changes. Native and inline sending do not always provide those identifiers.
Saving a draft does not send it. Publishing and scheduling follow your explicit instruction within the connected app's permissions. You can revoke access in settings.
Attachment transfer depends on your client. Postlyra supports media uploads and attaching them to drafts; the AI client needs access to the files. Preview your post before sending.
