Lead with the point of the post
A reader should understand the topic before opening every detail. Use a descriptive heading, a short introduction and one main call to action. Reserve emphasis for important phrases and numbers. When every line is bold, the reader has to work harder to find the useful part.
Choose a block that fits the information
Keep one idea in each paragraph. Use a list for steps and a table for comparable details with short labels. The illustrative property listing above separates area and price, while optional information sits in a collapsible block.
- Split a long paragraph and remove repeated introductions.
- Emphasize key words and numbers rather than whole paragraphs.
- Put comparable details in a compact table.
- Keep explanations close to the facts they describe.
Make links and quotes meaningful
Use descriptive link text such as Full report, Property photos or Release details. Clearly separate a quote from your own commentary. In a digest, attach sources to the claims they support and add references where useful. Open each link before publishing; a well-formatted link can still point to the wrong page.
Regular formatting and Rich Messages
Telegram Rich Messages support document structure including headings, lists, tables, collapsible blocks, media and footnotes. These capabilities differ from ordinary text formatting. Postlyra prepares rich content through its visual editor, so you do not need to write HTML by hand. Pasting plain text into a chat is not a test of every rich block.
Review the post on a small screen
Open the preview, expand details and examine the table. Long labels and too many columns make a post difficult to read on a phone. Keep essential information in the table and move explanations to another block or a link. Before an important send, check the result in the Telegram versions and devices your audience uses.
Reuse a format without reusing stale facts
Save a useful structure as a template or copy an existing draft. Property creators can reuse a listing, experts a breakdown and crypto authors a digest. Replace dates, facts, media and links for the new issue. Reusing a layout does not automatically refresh the facts or synchronize language variants.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Markdown or HTML?
Not for the visual editor. Use a separate technical formatting guide if you need markup for another tool or integration.
Will the Telegram post look exactly like the website preview?
Telegram renders the delivered message. Its appearance can vary with client version, screen size and block type. The website preview is not a screenshot from every Telegram client.
Can I format English and Russian versions?
Yes. Prepare each text and save separate drafts. You can translate in your own AI client; review the accuracy and freshness of each version yourself.
